01. Describe the problem/industry you want to intervene on.
Most of the big companies in Europe are struggling with the upcoming climate and CO2 regulations. From 2023 onwards, thousands of companies will have to provide and report their energy consumption and carbon footprint in accordance with the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD). Failure to comply with the requirements will result in fines in the millions of euros. Trilleco has created the world’s first 3D IoT sustainability platform meant to help companies measure, understand and improve their sustainability footprint.
Trilleco focuses mainly on the manufacturing and logistics sector.
To name 4 SDS that we are currently solving, the number is 7 (affordable and clean energy), 12 (responsible consumption and production), 13 (climate action) and 17 (Partnerships for the goals).
02. How did the idea to create a company come to mind? How was your team?
The idea to create Trilleco came to fruition in 2021, but its roots can be found in 2015. In 2015, the Sustainable Development Goals and the Paris Agreement set out goals that must be achieved in order to preserve our Earth and the global population constantly increasing to foster. Therefore, it was our intention, and still is, to have a valuable impact on environmental issues by combining emerging technology solutions and digital sustainability for net zero.
Finding the right people to be on the team was about finding people with similar values and the right mindset.
Our team is purpose built to evangelize, technology and streamline circularity and bring companies to net zero. We are a diverse group of entrepreneurs, visionaries and professionals with experience in marketing, technology, sales and finance functions with blue-chip backgrounds from companies like Microsoft, Cisco, P&G. We have been working together since the beginning of 2021. We are connected in different ways, but always over a shared vision of the value of advanced digitization to democratize circulation and change business attitudes towards it. Although many of us met and worked almost extensively, Hans and Miriam worked on various projects together.
Our technology architecture and development is led by our CTO Yuvraj (Forbes 30u30) along with an external team of developers.
Because we assemble a team of dedicated software-driven professionals with many years of experience in technology, enterprise concepts, and business with networks of highly qualified consultants (IBM, Hitachi, Accenture, SAP, Qualcomm, Huawei, Salesforce). We have many senior executives to support our journey. All team members have known each other for several years. Hans and Harjoth worked closely in another software company as well as Hans and Miriam did two projects together. The NoCode space is the place to be for founding disruptive software companies. We are starting to develop Trilleco ideas in this team from the beginning of 2021
03. Why did you choose to participate in the techstars Sustainability accelerator program? What are you looking forward to the most?

04. Which people are you most proud of in your initial journey with your company?

One achievement is that we are now a techstars backed company! We are very happy to have the honor of participating in the Techstars Sustainability Accelerator in Paris.

05. How do you plan to measure the positive impact of your company in the next 5 years? A question focused on the environment.
By 2025, we will have saved 5,300,000 tonnes of CO2 for our customers. With our platform, our customers have achieved transparency regarding their data and control over their processes. Our customers became more profitable, met their emissions targets, and met EU regulations. The adaptation of our solution platform has resulted in high adoption of our platform in the global manufacturing industry. This makes us the leading enabler of sustainable manufacturing environments. We have a proven track record of helping to keep our blue planet green and our customers very profitable.
